Louise Allen wins The Shorter Romantic Novel Award RNA Awards 2023!

Mills & Boon Historical author, Louise Allen has won The Shorter Romantic Novel Awards at this year’s Romantic Novelists’ Association ceremony.

The RNA awards celebrate excellence in romantic fiction in all its forms.

The awards, which have been held since their inception in 1960, are highly respected in the UK publishing industry. Previous winners include Santa Montefiore, Joe Heap, Julie Cohen and Milly Johnson. The awards are unique in that they are judged entirely by readers, without input from any industry professionals.

Louise writes Regency romance novels where strong heroes are met with heroines who can more than stand up for themselves in encounters that come spiced with humour and plenty of passion. Her award-winning novel, The Earl’s Mysterious Lady is no different. You can read Viola and Guy’s story here.
