Mills & Boon shortlisted for Publisher of the Year 2020!

The Romantic Novelists’ Association (RNA) has announced the shortlists for the annual RNA Industry Awards. We are delighted to share the news that Mills & Boon are included on the shortlist for Publisher of the Year!

The RNA Industry Awards are presented each year to booksellers, publishers, libraries, literary agents and media stars who champion romantic fiction, as well as an Inclusion Award to an individual or organisation that has championed inclusivity in romantic authorship and publishing. The winner will be announced in a virtual ceremony on November 12th 2020.

Also on the shortlist for Publisher of the Year this year are Avon, Hera Books and Boldwood Books.

We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised by the RNA for what has truly been a vintage year for Mills & Boon: from the publication of Meet Me in London to some incredible author successes including Melissa Oliver’s Joan Hessayon award win; our shortlistees at the RNA Awards back in March (including a win for Jenni Fletcher in the shorter romantic novel category); Sherryl Woods’ Sweet Magnolias adapted into a Netflix Original Series; and the launch of our eBook subscription app We Love Romance.

The year isn’t over yet – and we’ve got a few more surprises up our sleeve in the coming months! We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible authors, colleagues, and – of course – our wonderful readers who help make Mills & Boon the heart of romance!
