Riverside Reads: Under The Mistletoe 2015

We could smell the wine and mince pies a mile away, and trust us, they tasted as good as the aromas wafting down the corridors here at True Love Towers last night as we welcomed some of our favourite authors and readers into the warmth for our Riverside Reads event.

It was so great to see the room packed out with all you romance fans… some of you even got in the mood with your Christmas jumpers. By the time our authors, Jessica Gilmore, Lucy Holliday, Erin Lawless and Eva Woods settled down for a chat, the wine was flowing, thanks to our sponsors, Naked Wines and the mood was very jolly indeed! (The Italian red was to die for by the way!!)

Lucy, Erin, Eva and Jessica discussed everything under the sun, from how they got involved in writing, to juggling full time jobs with their romance scribbling careers, to how they cope with deadlines and what they do to engage with the public. The night was inspirational to say the least, and our lovely crowd mingled till late – well, we had to finish all those mince pies!

If you couldn’t make it last night, you were missed, but we hope you can make the next one! Here are some snaps to remind us of the loveliness.
