Meet the Judges
Nic Caws | @NicolaCaws
Nic Caws is an Editor for Mills & Boon. Nic started at Mills & Boon in 2013 where she promptly fell headlong into a love affair with category romance. She’s always looking for unique, gripping voices with fresh twists and perspectives on popular themes for the Modern, Historical, Medical and True Love lines. When she doesn’t have her nose buried in a book, she can be found seeking her next theatre fix, listening to podcasts, or baking!
Nic says: The Love to Write mentorship is an exciting opportunity for an author to achieve their writing goals – helping that happen is my favourite part of my job! It’s also one more step towards ensuring all readers can see themselves reflected in the authors and books Mills & Boon publishes.

Amber says: I’ve really enjoyed being a part of the Love to Write judging panel. It’s such a great opportunity for young aspiring writers. There’s so many young talented writers out there and I’ve loved reading their submissions.
