Nina Singh: Wearing His Ring till Christmas
Being included in the Five-Star Family Reunion trilogy was such a highlight for me. To be able to work with other Romance authors on linked stories is such a privilege. For those authors to be two of my faves was just icing on the cake.
The trilogy is set during the holiday season. I really enjoy writing Christmas stories and am particularly fascinated by the way the holiday is celebrated throughout different parts of the world. Chiara and Evan do a fair amount of travelling as they begin their romance. The city lights of Singapore, the majestic sight of the Great Wall of China, snowy Swiss mountains, and more!
All these places are spots on Chiara’s bucket list that she vowed to visit after suffering a heartbreaking loss. Little did she know, she’d be falling in love as she did so. Evan is much too focused on his professional goals to fully appreciate the grandeur of these locations. He just needs a pretend wife and Chiara fits the role perfectly. But her enthusiastic nature and natural zest for life soon opens his eyes to all the wonder around him. It’s just one of the qualities about her that has him falling in love when he least expects it.
This was such a fun and rewarding project to be part of and I so enjoyed creating Chiara and Evan’s story. I hope readers enjoy it just as much.

Susan Meier: One-Night Baby to Christmas Proposal
What attracted me to writing this book?
A surprise pregnancy between friends. Christmas. And a hotel empire. How could anyone resist that combination? First, I love Christmas. Second, I love the wheeling and dealing that goes into making an empire. And a friends to lovers story? Wow. That’s my jam.
Marco Pearson and Eleanora DeLuca are such an unlikely couple that Eleanora hid her crush on Marco for years. But when a celebration turns into a night of passion and she gets pregnant, all bets are off. Not only does she have to tell her boss she’s having his baby, but he has to decide the role he wants to play in their child’s life. Neither wants their friendship to end…but their choices might not lend themselves to easy parenting and could make it impossible to work together. The story is loaded with conflict and passion that it was so much fun to write.
But the real fun of this series was three authors writing books that took place simultaneously. There was a lot of arranging to do! That that meant I got the chance to chat with Jessica Gilmore and Nina Singh. It was extremely interesting to see how these two wonderful authors took the same time period I was given and the same primary story, added their couples and came up with romances that meshed with mine! Authors spend a lot of our time in our quiet offices, hunched over our keyboards, living in fantasy worlds. LOL So the collaboration necessary for the Five-Star Family Reunion series was a lot of fun for me.
I loved this series. I love knitting families back together and creating warm, wonderful worlds. That’s exactly what you’ll get in Five-Star Family Reunion.

Jessica Gilmore: Christmas with His Ballerina
When my editor asked me if I wanted to take part in the Five-Star Family Reunion I jumped at the chance. A Christmas book set in a gorgeous Vermont cabin, surrounded by snow and mountains? Yes please. A second-chance love story with characters who are in their forties and fifties? A romance writer’s dream. An ex ballerina heroine? Bring it on – I am a huge ballet fan! (Note well – all mistakes author’s own). And of course the opportunity to be in a trilogy with two of my favourite fellow True Love authors. I absolutely adored writing this book.
All Joshua Pearson wants is his family together for Christmas so when his daughter Chiara confirms she will return home from her travels for the holidays and workaholic son Marco agrees to take Christmas off, he heads up to the family cabin to make sure everything’s perfect only to find the neglected cabin in desperate need of some tlc. Luckily his next door neighbour offers a helping hand. Rebecca has hidden herself away in Vermont to recover from a bruising and very public divorce and she jumps at the opportunity to keep herself busy by helping Joshua. The last thing she expects is to fall for the handsome widower…
I love writing and reading series – the extended time spent in that world, the chance to see characters through different eyes and the weaving together of several stories. The Five-Star Family Reunion is a fabulously Christmassy series I know readers will love.
